Cookie baking

As promised, after returning to school from the Christmas holidays the big English class had fun making cookies. The class was divided into three groups, each group was given the recipe and equipment and were in charge of correctly following the recipe and measuring the ingredients.
It was an activity that invloved both reading and comprehension, as well as maths skills but also team work, cooperation and compromise. The class learned that it is not always easy to work together as a group, and had to resolve conflicts that arose between them in a fair manner.
